Shipping & Returns

1. Local Shipping

We offer free deliveries for local orders in the Whitehorse area. The shopping cart does not give this option and you will need to contact me to arrange this.

2. Shipping within Canada & to USA

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To keep shipping costs reasonable, we ship with Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is 3-14 business days. If you prefer a carrier other than Canada Post, please contact us (options with other carriers serving the Yukon are limited and expensive).

3. International Shipping (outside of Canada & USA)

We are happy to arrange cost-effective shipping to destinations outside of Canada and the USA. Since our items tend to be very light, they generally can be shipped internationally at a very reasonable rate. Please contact us for a shipping quote—you might be surprised!

Processing Time

Tulipheart Studios is not located near a post office, but in almost all cases we will get your order shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with Shipment Confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It generally takes 24 hours for a tracking number to become active.

Import Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipments outside of Canada, Tulipheart will disclose the identity and value of the item(s) on the customs declaration form. Any subsequent import duties or tariffs applied by the postal service or customs service at the receiving end are to be paid by the customer.

Damages

If you receive an order that is damaged and you feel the fault lies with us, please contact us so we can make it right; if it was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Returns

Sometimes it happens:  If you are unsatisfied with an item, you can return it within 10 days (postmarked). If the item is still in new condition, we will refund the cost of the item (note that return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and we do not accept COD packages).
